I come....
I come with a thankful heart. I feel led to write a blog about thankfulness but what to say I don't know so I come Lord.
I have realized lately that I have been grumbling inside. Not unhappy but a kind of nagging at the Lord about circumstances that I feel trapped in. God has been dealing with me the past few days to stop nagging him and rest. Rest in the place He has brought me and my family. So I realize that I must be still and thankful. Lord help me to come to you in the morning so that you can be my helper. I want to speak life over my children, my home, my husband, my circumstances, over myself. I want to speak Zoe life, Your life, God life. Second Corinthians 5:17 in The Amplified Bible says, "Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come!" The moment you were born again, zoƫ, or the very nature of God, moved inside your spirit.
Lord help me know this deep inside.
I am thankful Lord.
for nursing babies, for playing little girls, for a self sacrificing husband,
I am thankful
for tagging along on business trips, and mountains of laundry when we get home
I am thankful
for a comfortable home, a glass of tea, a good book, a cool bath, and a soft bed.
I am so thankful.
Lord help me be the kind of mommy you created me to be.
I am thankful
that I can run to you and you will be my refuge when I am afraid , my strength when I am weak, my song in the midst of sadness, and my vision when I can only see whats happening in the natural.
I want to see the eternal side of this life, show me how to speak into people what they need to hear.
I am thankful...help me remember

So glad to be home
We went to Odessa this week and had a wonderful time. The girls & I swam, went to the park, and the mall, and I finished a book and started another. I also made 20 something bows so check um out! Anyway we are glad to be home. I love to go out of town but there is "No Place Like Home" to me. While we were at the park one night I took a picture of the sky, isn't it beautiful ! Here are some pictures of the girls playing at the park.
Caleb was holding Claire.
I love this one of Morgan in the tube slide!
Claire did not find the sand until the very end! Shocking I know!
Well I hope you all had a great week. ~Misty

Were Off!
Caleb has to work out of town this week so the girls and I are loading up and going along! We are just going to Odessa but were gonna pretend it's someplace exotic!Lol! We are going to swim and there is a park walking distance and a mall. I am going to read and make bows too! (by the way have ya'll seen my bow blog site?)Our "real"vacation is not until the end of August which I don't like because I am looking forward to it but when it comes and goes school will start the next week. My in-laws say the campground is empty that week. We are planning a trip to Durango and staying at a KOA. (not really my idea of vacation, but Morgan will have a blast) I am going to teach her to make s'mores and Caleb is going to take her to the Alpine slide and fish. The KOA plays movies on a big screen at night so that will be cool! There is also shopping so I will be buying my annual Christmas ornaments! Anyway I'll be back from Odessa Friday so keep our travels in your prayers and I'll be back to bloggerville after a much welcome change of scenery.
Here is a picture of one of my bows!

AKC Yorkies!

My moms dog Kiki had her puppies on June 11th they will be ready to go sometime in August. The females are $1300.00 and the male is $1000.00. Yorkies are really good dogs and they are great with kids! My sister has 2 yorkies and her children are 3 and 11 months. Kiki is from my sisters dogs, Jules & Fonzi's 1st litter, so we know these puppies have a very healthy background. There is no guarentee on how big the puppies will get but Kiki is 5 1/2 lbs and the stud is 2 1/2 lbs!
